New Hygienic DESIGN components from KIPP for regulated production environments

Hygiene by design

Smooth surfaces, defined radii and cavity-free geometries are key elements of hygiene compliant design. They prevent residue deposits, make cleaning easier and help to reduce cleaning times, media consumption and contamination risks. At the same time, process reliability and system availability can be sustainably increased.

Materials for demanding environments

The components are predominantly made from A4 stainless steel (1.4404) and use FDA-compliant materials. For the seals, various materials such as EPDM or FLUOROPRENE XP are available - tailored to various media and operating conditions.
